Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to help meet your therapeutic massage needs. From relaxing Swedish massage to more intense and focused Deep Tissue work, you will be sure to find the massage therapy techniques best suited for you. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs, allowing more time to address what issues are causing you the most discomfort, rather than abiding by a set routine every visit.
We are located at 3307 82nd St., Ste. I (eye), Lubbock, Tx (inside the Serenity Now side of Hub City Workspace). Hours of availability are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday - Sunday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins please. My name is Christy Smith and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist has always been a desire that has burned deep inside of me for over 20 years. As we all know, life tends to take us on uncharted paths and fortunately, after moving to Lubbock, Tx, mine finally led me back to where I have always felt I needed to be. I hope to share this desire with you in the form of relaxation and healing using forms of therapeutic massage therapy and by helping you move towards an overall better quality of life.

Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation .
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue (fascia) below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Shorter session times are also available and are intended to dedicate focus towards more specific areas of choice rather than full body.
Combo Massage
A combination of both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques. A good choice for those individuals who are new to deeper pressure or have specific areas of pain, while looking for an overall relaxing experience .
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to reduce edema, lose weight and have increased energy levels.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Area Specific Massage
Sessions specific to Neck & Shoulders, Neck, Shoulders & Back, and Back & Hips are also available.
